Gerald Greenberg is a Florida Supreme Court certified civil mediator who mediates cases in both federal and state court. Jerry’s vast experience allows him to appreciate the goals, motivations, and positions of both counsel and litigants, and he works tirelessly to get the best results possible for all sides.
Mediation requires experience, compassion, determination, and hard work, and Jerry spares no effort to resolve matters. He will gladly review as much material as parties wish to provide and will meet with counsel and litigants before mediation if desired. In addition, Jerry will stay involved in a case as long as necessary to make sure settlement agreements are finalized.
Jerry conducts mediations in person or virtually. He can travel to clients or host mediations at our offices.
